What is Sea moss? - Sea Moss is a type of seaweed formally known as  Chondrus Crispus or “Irish Moss” It grows in waters along the rocky Atlantic coasts, primarily between North America and Europe. It is also known as Irish Moss. It’s an edible sea plant similar to other seaweeds, algae, and other familiar leafy sea vegetables like kelp or dulse.

 

How do I take Sea Moss? - First of all Sea Moss gel is very versatile. It is safe to consume directly out of the jar. It is favoured with a healthy  breakfast such as porridge or Weetabix. It is also popularly used in smoothies, sauces & soups. Sea Moss can also be used as a facemask because of its skin complimenting properties.  

 

How much should I take daily? - We recommend ingesting 2-3 tablespoons daily to allow your body to benefit from Sea Moss.

 

Why is shipping so expensive? - We use next day delivery to guarantee maximum freshness upon arrival. Sea Moss tends to perish if left in transit for more than 48 hours. 

 

I missed my delivery, what should I do? - Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any missed delivery, DPD will notify you of when they next attempt delivery however please do be reminded that sea moss gel has a limited shelf life if you do continue to miss your deliveries DPD will send the order back to us for disposal. Please note, we do not offer refunds under these circumstances and a redelivery fee may be payable should you wish for us to send out a replacement jar.  

 

My order has arrived damaged - Please send us an email with images of the broken jar, please ensure you also take a picture of the outside packaging.
